How to troubleshoot quickly
---------------------------
1) Generate a report:
   - Tray menu → Run report
2) Check local logs:
   - Tray menu → Open Log file
   - File: %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHelm\SilentHelm.log.jsonl
3) Check incident bundles:
   - Folder: %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHelm\Incidents\

What to include when reporting a problem
----------------------------------------
- SilentHelm version (shown at the top of the report)
- Windows version (Windows 10/11 + build)
- Whether you ran as Administrator or not
- The exact steps to reproduce
- Relevant output:
  - The report HTML (or a screenshot)
  - A small excerpt of SilentHelm.log.jsonl around the time of the issue
  - The incident folder (Incidents\<timestamp>\incident.json)

Logs and reports may include folder paths and filenames.
Review before sharing to avoid exposing sensitive information.
